    Overworked. Chismis and seniority culture
The good thingsStudents are respectful. Parents are supportive and cooperative
The challengesThe administrative is chaotic. They are unsure what policies to implement. Would give memos unjustly. The workload is too heavy you would always bring work home. They sometimes require Saturdays. Co-teachers engage in "chismis." They always play seniority and hierarchy. Will not listen to if you are new and will treat you like an outsider even though you have the same job title.

The given work load in this field is seasonal.
The good thingsMost of the people that I worked with in this school is respectful, accomodating and helping each other.
The challengesBeing an office staff in this school, it depends of the given work task and it's seasonal. From my experience it's busy in the start of the school year and in examination period..

    I loved working here
The good thingsThe school offers opportunities to those whom they think will do great!
The challengesSometimes, modern teaching and traditional teaching practices clash. Some may agree and some may disagree, but what's important is at the end of the day, we are all teachers.

I have great experience teaching students from diverse cultural background.
The good thingsI won't forget that it is in this institution where I have experienced being appointed as a department head. It was great because I have proven my capabilities of leading the whole department, managing 60 faculty members and staff.
The challengesThere have been challenges just like any other institution but with the help of the authorities, we were able to go through. I am sure that if teachers would have been more exposed to training, we still would grow professionally. Nevertheless, I enjoy working here because the administration and my colleagues are supportive and very cooperative.

Regarding My One Month Stay In The Company
The good thingsThey are in high hiring of the Education Major with MBA Degree as a professor. So, if you got MBA Degree and you are willing to teach and can bear the different personalities of teenagers, then this is your best job or your calling. But, if you are aiming for secretarial job or office clerk, they are not that \"UNDER-STAFF\". For OJTs, they are also accepting. Co-officemates are kind and considerate. Some of them are funny. They loved to tell jokes. They are talkative. It s kind of warmth setting of environment.
The challengesLike I said, the Administration is not \"UNDER - STAFF\". So, these people are capable of multi - level of multi-taskings. Yes! Some of them can finish their task that is assigned in 1-2 Days, but it depends if they are having events facilitating. If you are planning to get continued education in the future, they would give you advice and the certain job in this school I am handling with would give you an idea of what would like it to be if you are studying MBA. You can read their theses and observed the MBA students. Or, if you are Accounting Major or CPA graduate, this is your key competency to be assign to higher level, which is the Accounting Administrative Department.
