High basic pay but management is over controlling, w/ trust issue, unclear on roles & skips benefitsThe good thingsOne of the things I appreciated most while working with the company was my former colleagues. Unfortunately, over time many employees chose to leave due to the management style, which involved heavy micro-management and frequent indecision from top management.
The challengesThe company could improve by providing better training for new employees and clearly communicating job expectations and responsibilities during onboarding. This would help prevent misunderstandings when employees are unaware that certain tasks are part of their role. Additionally, adopting a more balanced management approach and paying the mandatory employee benefits would help create a more positive work environment. While the basic salary at the company is high, management is often indecisive, OC, and shows little trust in employees, which leads to inefficiencies and high turnover. Many employees are unclear about their job responsibilities, and mandatory benefits are not consistently paid. Providing better training, clear communication of expectations, and a more balanced management approach could significantly improve the work environment.
