What’s it like working at Cheil?

    AI summary of recent reviews

Cheil offers several positive aspects, including a friendly and collaborative work environment with particularly warm relationships among Filipino employees. The opportunity to work with Samsung as a major client provides valuable experience across various tech products and brands. Employees also appreciate the benefits package, including communication allowances and non-taxable benefits for regular employees.

Some challenges include managing intense project demands with multiple revision requests and urgent timelines. There can be communication challenges between different cultural groups within the organisation, and the established protocols and approval processes can make implementing new projects time-consuming.

Worked with a great team across all levels, but faced leadership challenges after management changed, new leadership lacked the strength and people skills
The good thingsGreat company with amazing people, from the cleaners to top management. Everyone is respectful, professional, and committed to excellence. Proud to have been part of the team.
The challengesThe new top management lacks leadership strength and people-handling skills. Team morale and alignment have declined since the transition. Very weak leader.
