    Sr. General Service Manager
    Sep 2025
Taguig City Metro Manila6 to 7 years in the role, former employee
Worked with a great team across all levels, but faced leadership challenges after management changed, new leadership lacked the strength and people skills
The good thingsGreat company with amazing people, from the cleaners to top management. Everyone is respectful, professional, and committed to excellence. Proud to have been part of the team.
The challengesThe new top management lacks leadership strength and people-handling skills. Team morale and alignment have declined since the transition. Very weak leader.

    Overall, Still a Good Experience
The good thingsWorking with tech-giant Samsung as main client gives you a competitive edge among professionals with the same job title, at least in my perception, and allows you to work with a vast portfolio of brands under mobile products, digital appliances, and general consumer electronics.
The challengesMany clients are too used to established protocols and work culture in general, and have settled with whatever is in place. Seeking their approval for a new project takes a lot of time and some of the clients are not as receptive as the others.

Challenge that you would never expect.
The good things-Filipino employees are very friendly. -Finance, Procurement and HR are very heartwarming.
The challenges-Hardtime communicating with koreans. -Need to feed the corporate management with praises for them to like you. -Opposing attitude, explaining your side will result on negative points on you.
