    Supportive Environment and Excellent Training Experience
    The good thingsI really enjoyed the organized training and well-prepared curriculum before the actual work began. The free food and the well-stocked pantry were definitely a plus. The HR team and my colleagues were very approachable, which created a welcoming environment and made the workload feel lighter. And most importantly as someone who loves coffee, I truly appreciated the constant fresh coffee bean supply in the pantry. I loved crafting my morning coffee before starting work; it became one of my favorite parts of the day.
    The challengesAt first, returning to the pharmacy field after working in a non-pharmacy role felt quite different and challenging. It took some time to adjust, but as days went by, processing and analyzing various cases became more manageable—especially with the guidance and support of the trainers.

    An overall positive experience where I was trusted with responsibilities, but improving internal tools and clearer processes would enhance efficiency.
    The good thingsI’m truly grateful to be part of CGSDCI, where I had the chance to become the company’s very first IT staff. As the first local IT support, I was able to help employees with their equipment and technical needs, making their tasks easier and smoother. I also became part of the admin team, where I continue to do my best to assist and support my colleagues whenever challenges come up. These experiences helped me grow not only in my skills but also in how I work with and support people. What I appreciate most about CGSDCI is how the management trusts and supports its employees. The company gives us space to learn, improve, and take on responsibilities that really help us grow in our careers. To those looking for opportunities, I highly recommend CGSDCI.
