    The good thingsThe training was so great I’ve meet a lot of people and became friends during training the company provided accommodation hotel and even plane ticket.

    The good thingsIt gives you a glimpse of what retail banking is all about. Benefits like HMO is at par.
    The challengesNo work life balance. Management team is always demanding to attend meetings even after business hours. Scare tactics among leaders are strongly evident which leads to a stressful environment.
