    The good thingsBorland has a competitive salary and benefits that can be offered to their employees and help them grow individually. Having a family-like culture environment is top-notch. This makes me go to work every day. Everyone is treating co-employees equally with no discrimination regardless of rank or position at work.
    The challengesSo far, I haven't seen nor experienced any challenges at my work. Everything and everyone is doing fine. They are having a one-on-one talk regarding the things that you need to improve. And I guess this is pretty good if you're looking for a work improvement.

    The challengesSometimes it is hard to work properly when you run out of working space, especially for an IT intern where we need to open multiple computers and recycle parts in hopes to make a seemingly unusable unit usable.

    The good thingsI enjoy the environment, no toxicity they help me to expand my learnings in my job.
    The challengesI think the time of working hours from 8 am to 5 pm and transporting for like 1 to 2 hours in the morning and also 1 to 2 hours in the afternoon. It's hard for me because It is the first job that I encounter.

    As the graduation is yet to come, My Intership at Borland Development corporation is the one that I will truly cherish, Starting the day that I made the application up until the trainigs and actual practices. Throughout my internship I was part of the Recruitment Team. i have met and talked to alot of people which made me realize that this is really the career that i wanted to pursue. Working at BDC is truly amazing. From the staffs, co-employees nad even supervisors, They are all very hands-on. You will never feel that you've been left behind, From the beginning, I was met with respect and understanding. I was treated as an employee, not just an intern. If there was something I didn’t know, there was always someone to ask for help. All throughout the process my opinions and insights are all been heared of, I gained alot of knowledge and wisdom starting form the process up until the implementations. Giving me the responsibilities as a recruiter made a real impact to me. I was given an opportunity to hire, to interview and to meet the applicants and I think that this is one the best experience that an Intern must experieneced. I was given an opportunity to express myself, and to understand what it really feels like to wok inj a corporate world. My BDC experience taught me a lot about my skill set and given me confidence in my own abilities. It has helped guide my career aspirations and will definitely help me in my future career choices. My experience has brought me closer to my goals and i am very excited for what future has to bring!
    The good thingsWorking at BDC is the first good thing that happened, Aside from great opportunities, Working in a family-like atmosphere is one of the best asset of this company. Everyone is treated fairly even us, Interns. We already feel like we are really belong on the organization, I never felt that I was being left behind.
    The challengesBeing an intern is truly challenging however, by the help of our superiors, things will become easier as we have expected. Working on the recruitment department is very challenging yet exciting. Talking to a lot of people regrading their skills and capabilities, history of employment and even some personal concerns is one of the great experience. Searching for the right candidate to the position is the very challenging part for me.

    The good thingsMy experience as an intern at Borland was very great, I learned a lot of things especially that I am assigned to two different sections and I think, it is an advantage for me because I was able to learn more than I expected. Plus, all the people there was very approachable and they treated me as a family as well, at Borland Development Corporation, they will help you build your confidence, help you acquire the skills and abilities because they provide a real-work experience to their interns, and because of that I will surely recommend Borland Development Corporation for the people who are currently looking for a company.

    Fun, fruitful and delightful
    The good thingsI enjoy the friendly and "familial-like" atmosphere the office have. As an intern, trainers guide you just the right amount of instruction, and allows you to discover your potential.
    The challengesApplying my experience as an intern, I do find myself just printing documents for a couple of days straight. It would have been better that I had done a lot of encoding on excel to also enhance my skill on it.

    The good thingsMy instructors/trainers are kind and dedicated, I love how they handle and manage their intern the way on how they give an instructions and the way they value their interns not just me but their co-employee also.     Worth the While - Splendid
    The good thingsMy internship with the company is not over yet, but I sure enjoy the feeling of belongingness within the department. We may not be a permanent part of their bond, but they did not let us, interns, feel about such. Present are co-workers that respect and value each other (invest in people), I must say. Also, their work ethics and expertise in the field are noticeable, which makes the On-the-Job Training worth the glimpse into the corporate world I will venture into soon. In the end, more than the enjoyment, what will mark is the gratitude I owe to everyone who contributed to the learning I continuously accumulate.

    The good thingsThe company itself is welcoming and as an intern that has to gain experience, knowledge is not the only one needed to grow. It includes also being people-smart. Luckily, Borland has it all.
