    The challengesSometimes it is hard to work properly when you run out of working space, especially for an IT intern where we need to open multiple computers and recycle parts in hopes to make a seemingly unusable unit usable.

    They have good environment, most of the employee in different department are helping each other for company growth and also for their employee
    The good thingsI enjoy the environment, no toxicity they help me to expand my learnings in my job.
    The challengesI think the time of working hours from 8 am to 5 pm and transporting for like 1 to 2 hours in the morning and also 1 to 2 hours in the afternoon. It's hard for me because It is the first job that I encounter.

    The good thingsMy experience as an intern at Borland was very great, I learned a lot of things especially that I am assigned to two different sections and I think, it is an advantage for me because I was able to learn more than I expected. Plus, all the people there was very approachable and they treated me as a family as well, at Borland Development Corporation, they will help you build your confidence, help you acquire the skills and abilities because they provide a real-work experience to their interns, and because of that I will surely recommend Borland Development Corporation for the people who are currently looking for a company.
    The challengesI haven't experienced anything bad during my internship. Perhaps, I enjoyed and had a lot of fun rendering my internship hours at Borland.

    Fun, fruitful and delightful
    The good thingsI enjoy the friendly and "familial-like" atmosphere the office have. As an intern, trainers guide you just the right amount of instruction, and allows you to discover your potential.
    The challengesApplying my experience as an intern, I do find myself just printing documents for a couple of days straight. It would have been better that I had done a lot of encoding on excel to also enhance my skill on it.

    Worth the While - Splendid
    The good thingsMy internship with the company is not over yet, but I sure enjoy the feeling of belongingness within the department. We may not be a permanent part of their bond, but they did not let us, interns, feel about such. Present are co-workers that respect and value each other (invest in people), I must say. Also, their work ethics and expertise in the field are noticeable, which makes the On-the-Job Training worth the glimpse into the corporate world I will venture into soon. In the end, more than the enjoyment, what will mark is the gratitude I owe to everyone who contributed to the learning I continuously accumulate.
    The challengesI have not encountered any challenges working for the company. So far, everything is smooth and remarkable as it can be.

    The good thingsToxic co-workers are not found in my department, work that requires overtime is fairly compensated, great benefits such as an HMO Card and Mid-Year & Year-End Bonuses.

    FAMILY-LIKE Environment
    The good thingsI've been affiliated with the company for over a year and during my stay, I get to experience a family-like environment that is conducive to growth. When the pandemic happened, it didn't neglected its employees and provided them with the necessary equipments to still work in the comfort of their homes.
    The challengesIt would have been better if the company would opt for a paperless transactions for easier accessibility of the documents. Also, they need to upgrade the equipments that they issue to its employee as sometimes, it could hamper the ability of its employee to work efficiently.
