Secondly, BT promotes worklife balance to its employees. Lastly, the culture and people working in BT is so great, you will feel that you really belong to the family and you will feel satisfied in almost all aspect of your needs.
The challengesWell for me the only one that I found challenging for BT is on how to retain the employees that are being pursued by other employers. Although the compensation is good but I think they need to review it to make it a better choice to every employee.
