    I've grown so much in my career.
    The good thingsThey recognized my talents and helped me developed further. In line with that they have promoted me twice in my more than 5 years with them. What I appreciate the most is the employee engagement programs and one on one with your direct Managers. They value your opinions and worked hard to make impossible things possible with all the pressures from the Global market.
    The challengesWell first is the compensation, the benefits are great by the way but I think the need to compete with the compensation.

    The good thingsWork-life balance is the key. This company always pushes you to work hard but also you have to maintain proper balance. You get to grow and learn, career-wise.
    The challengesBasically dealing with local counterparts who are hesitant to work with you. But see, we are paid to work with this kind of challenges.

    Great Opportunities and Worklife balance
    The good thingsWell first of all, BT gave great opportunities to its employees, not only for your career growth but also to your personal growth. Secondly, BT promotes worklife balance to its employees. Lastly, the culture and people working in BT is so great, you will feel that you really belong to the family and you will feel satisfied in almost all aspect of your needs.
    The challengesWell for me the only one that I found challenging for BT is on how to retain the employees that are being pursued by other employers. Although the compensation is good but I think they need to review it to make it a better choice to every employee.

    The good thingsGreat experience, great people. The company provides trainings to employees to improve their skills and for them to grow. They also give independence to employees to be who they are and to share their skills to the team. Most of the employees and the management are nice people.
