    A company that still challenges me to this day
    The good thingsFun environment working with a group of like minded and passionate people. The brand we are working is very good at what it is doing. Dynamic and approachable CEO, very cool bosses and co-workers. No politics as the company is quite small and everybody knows each other. You can work here and be assured that nobody stabs you in the back. Paygrade is fine and benefits are quite basic but nothing beats the company outings!
    The challengesThe company is quite young so most of the systems and processes are not quite set yet. There are also a lot of things to improve when it comes to gauging performance of our partners which are mostly multi brand dealers. The agreements still needs some teeth and must be more performance oriented since it would be hard to implement processes that you need to implement if their performance would be based on how well dealers get along with the company. Timelines and standards must strictly be implemented.
