The challengesEverything is so messy. No matter how hard I try, they don’t see my effort and still say I’m not doing good. Management should be better because they decide big things without doing proper research. I think my work got really affected because the company is not working well.

The challengesMessy procedures. Nobody teaches you anything but you get punished severely when you make mistakes.
Also favoritism. They will twist the truth to put the blame on you even when there's proof somebody else caused the issue.

The good thingsFocuses on AI and software development and gives developers the tools to work well. They offer trainings and team-building activities. It's a good place to learn and grow. Supportive and friendly shareholders, teammates and COO.
The challengesOutdated tech, no documentation, overworked and underpaid. Promised salary not delivered. OT is expected but not paid extra, only given as time off. Must assist OJTs and fix their mistakes, wasting productivity time. CEO shouts, owner has different views. No one helps address misunderstandings.
