Only apply if you like unorganized company
The good thingsfriendly people at office
The challengesEverything is so messy. No matter how hard I try, they don’t see my effort and still say I’m not doing good. Management should be better because they decide big things without doing proper research. I think my work got really affected because the company is not working well.

Waste of time. Don't even think about going here.
The good thingsCasual environment when nobody is mad.
The challengesMessy procedures. Nobody teaches you anything but you get punished severely when you make mistakes. Also favoritism. They will twist the truth to put the blame on you even when there's proof somebody else caused the issue.

Friendly team, but old tech and leadership challenges.
The good thingsFocuses on AI and software development and gives developers the tools to work well. They offer trainings and team-building activities. It's a good place to learn and grow. Supportive and friendly shareholders, teammates and COO.
The challengesOutdated tech, no documentation, overworked and underpaid. Promised salary not delivered. OT is expected but not paid extra, only given as time off. Must assist OJTs and fix their mistakes, wasting productivity time. CEO shouts, owner has different views. No one helps address misunderstandings.

    Great people, terrible technology
The good thingsThe Baytech people really gave me a "family vibe". Every day that you come in, the energy is always there.
The challengesStuck in the old ways, bad technology practice althroughout the project lifecycle, would rather take shortcuts just to reach the next deadline, ridiculously low salaries.

    An Exceptional Experience
The good thingsBaytech offers work-from-home setup, so you can manage your time easily at your own pace. As an intern, the tasks are manageable, and the supervisor is approachable. For internship, they offer allowance so rest assured that your efforts will be paid off. Every last Friday of the month, they have so-called “Board Game Fridays” where employees and interns come together to play games prepared by assigned employees. I learned a lot of things here in Baytech.
The challengesThe challenges I had experienced while I was working at the company was the frequent loss of internet connection because I was in WFH setup and it has a lot of workload but it still manageable.

    Fruitful Internship with Amazing Colleagous
The good thingsMy 3-month internship with Baytech Corporation paved the way for me to learn different things in industry and have fun. With that time span, I have learned how to digital marketing works with the help my supervisors and workmates. I have also found new friends and family at the same time! Baytech is not just a company you can work with, it is a place where you can have a new family too.
The challengesEverything worked fine with me here at Baytech. Those were just times that I am encountering a slow internet connection and power supply shortage but I don't see that as a problem with the company at all. :)

    A Somewhat Fulfilling Experience
The good thingsAs an intern in Baytech, I had really learned the phrase "attention to detail", every task given or accepted should be done with great care and attention to ensure that the product being sold is at the least satisfactory. A long with an independent environment where you are expected to learn to do the tasks on your own, but with approachable supervisors/co-interns to serve as guides if ever you find yourself lost is something I find great comfort in.
The challengesThe only challenge I I had seen is the way the company ensures the productivity of its WFH emloyees. I would think that a task quota based form of way to get hours would be more motivating .

    WFH Internship Experience
The good thingsAs an intern, the work-from-home setup is really great, the internship supervisors were also lax in a way that offers the student-interns time to get into the professional atmosphere rather than a sudden culture shock. Another big plus is that everyone's friendly and can willingly help you out when you're in a bind.
The challengesThe workload was a lot, but other than that, I found nothing else that made interning here difficult, unless you count the typical WFH problems.

    Worthwhile Internship Experience
The good thingsIf you are looking for an internship experience in a work-from-home set-up, Baytech BPO is for you! Being a previous intern in this company has helped me to gain skills that only a good company can provide. The tasks given helped me to manage where to put on my time. Working at the Product and Quality Assurance department was a great experience as I have learned that every company should always be strict on the products they sell out on the market and Baytech is definitely one of those companies. Every supervisor or co-intern in this company are all professionals especially in the way of communicating with one another. The overall experience was the best. Thank you Baytech.
The challengesI have not encountered any challenges in this company mainly because I was in a work-from-home set-up. I mostly encountered personal challenges especially the internet connection in our country.

    Work from Home Intern
The good thingsWhen I started working at Baytech, I was introduced to the world of e-commerce and taught the different services that we can offer to clients. I enjoyed working with other employees as they guided us in doing our assigned tasks. While working here, I gained another set of skills that I know will be useful in the future. I recommend Baytech for future interns who seek a company offering a work from home set up in this time of the pandemic.
The challengesThe challenges I have encountered are more personal challenges. I was challenged to keep the consistency and quality of my work to maintain the vision of the company.

An excellent experience to work as intern and as a start of my career
The good thingsAs an intern, the tasks are manageable and the supervisor is nice. You won't be afraid of asking any questions. Also, there's an allowance!
The challengesNothing particular and big. It's just that there's not much engagement along workers.

The good thingsThe company was adamant and requires a good stable internet for employees to work their best. Their effort is one of the great things about the company as they appreciate each OJT student and allows them to take sudden absences, especially at this time. Everyone is working well and has a solid workload that any student can handle.
The challengesIt Will be overwhelming at first, but the more you familiarize yourself with the workload the easier it is to handle.

    Great internship program
The good thingsThe experience was very nice. They handle the work from home set up very well. The pressure that they gave was just enough for an intern like me to learn how to manage time properly. The employees and supervisors are very approachable and accommodating.
The challengesI had some connection problems but that is on my part and so far I did not encounter any problems within the company.

The good thingsI had fun being an IT intern at BAYTECH BPO CORPORATION. It was a very great experience. I learned so many lessons and it was so easy to communicate with my supervisor and my superiors I am grateful for being a part of this organization.
The challengesI seldom encounter challenges .

Great workflow and very friendly people
The good thingsWork from home so you can work easily and comfortably. The people were also very friendly and easy to talk to! Workflow was nicely handled, and communication in-between was not a hassle.
The challengesIt is a work from home position so the only challenges I encountered was internet connection and power outage, but obviously, this is on my end and not the company's.

    Great Internship Program
The good thingsBaytech offers a great internship program with a work from home set up. They treat their colleagues with respect and definitely helps them and encourages them to do better.
The challengesThe required internship hours of Baytech is more than the required hours of the school but it's really not a problem.

Great Introduction to Digital Marketing, and Provides you with Tasks actual Employees do!
The good thingsI enjoyed that the company provides you with a lot of tasks that are expected of actual digital marketers. They will train you specifically in keyword and search engine optimization. They also provide the occasional SEO webinar, which is a great tool for learning.
The challengesThe work may be slightly demanding, but they are easy to talk to and can adjust to your needs.

    Great internship experience
The good thingsThe people at Baytech are very welcoming and gave us a pretty detailed training and orientation. It didn't feel intimidating asking questions or for help as they were friendly.
The challengesAdjusting to the work hours, but that's more of a personal reason. Other than that, there isn't really anything negative to say based on my experience.

    Truly worker-friendly
The good thingsThe workers in Baytech were very kind, understanding, and very accommodating, even in the pandemic working set-up. Even as an intern, I did not feel intimidated in asking questions or asking for help because the workers handling me were so accomodating.
The challengesI did not have many challenges when I was working in Baytech, even considering the pandemic situation.

I learned a lot of things
The good thingsI learned a lot of things in my career. My colleagues are easy to be with. There are lots of non work related activities that wilk help you unwind.
The challengesYou really can't please everyone. Too much workload for one person to handle. Some higher position threatening employees. HR does not stand between the company/management and employee, instead he/she goes with the flow with is beneficial for the company/management. HR also doesn't follow the guidelines and rules stated and discussed during orientation.

If I would be given a chance to have my internship again, I would still choose Baytech.
The good thingsHaving my internship at this company is such a blessing especially during this pandemic. They have a good management and they are ready for a work from home set up.
The challengesI enjoyed my internship in this company but I wish the allowance would be bigger .

As an intern, I had a good time working in Baytech. Given our current situation I did a work from home setup and it still felt like I was in office which is good.
The good thingsThe people are welcoming and helpful when it comes to tasks. Our supervisor is also good she entertains us and sometimes we play games just to relive stress in work and to know more about each other.
The challengesAt first I had hard time to adjust especially in time because before I started I was really used to waking up so late then I had to change that.

    Working as an intern
The good thingsI have honestly felt welcomed by the employees from the beginning, despite being in a work-from-home setup, I was always guided by the team and felt never alone. Questions are always welcomed for clarification of tasks and deeper understanding on the topics we were assigned to.
The challengesThere really isn't anything to say negatively about this company.

Come to Baytech and you find a family.
The good thingsA warm welcome is offered to new employees. Recreational activities help employees get through important deadlines with enough motivation. Employees are recognized for their hardwork.
The challengesDeadlines and tasks normally give an employee a reasonable amount of pressure but thanks to motivation provided by the company, we are able to get through them.

Baytech is a great place for enhancing skills and building a career
The good thingsWhat I like about Baytech is they train people and help their employees to start a career that fits for their skills. Employer and employee interactions are great too.
The challengesAs a company who sells SAAS as any other digital companies, the challenges are mostly technical.

    Learned a lot of things
The good thingsThe employees are easy to get close with, very nice environment. There's no problem with the workmates they are really fun to be with. There are a lot of non-work related activities that will help you to get close with other employees, and there is always a time to breathe with all the workload you have.
The challengesYes they give you time to breathe with all the workload but they keep on giving you task to work but not giving something to motivate you to doing that extra work. They don't see the worth of each employee, they tend to sugar coat work to make it look easy so you could take it and don't even give you even a small raise in salary. They keep on saying employee first but yes they're just saying it.
