    Working in Bangko kabayan was a great experience because your communicating skills was enhance here.
    The good thingsIt such a great pleasure that you helped other people in terms of financing their business when they need additional working capital. Seeing them that they are happy when their business was continue growing.
    The challengesWorking in Bangko Kabayan was very challenging because it has monthly and yearly target that you should achieve for you to have high performance rating. Also the work was very loaded because the remedial process was also my task and it is very laborious and time consuming work.
