    Adopting to graveyard shift is something that i can used to.
    The good thingsMy colleagues are good to work with. I like the friendship built with the team.
    The challengesFeeling neglected at some point. Since we are working in graveyard most of the assistance are given to the Morning shifters.

    The good thingsMy favorite part of my job is the ability to work independently and having that trust from my bosses. It's great to work with people that doesn't just care about your work performance, but also care about your life outside work. The best people to work with are here at Axiem Corporation.

    Exciting and Fun to be at work in Axiem
    The good thingsEver since I started working with Axiem, never did I ever felt like I'm just an employee but instead was a part of a one big happy family who take care of each other and would make sure that you grow as an individual. The company have showed me how handwork is payed off and appreciated, and has been giving me the courage to bring out the best in me in every thing I do for they believe in each and everyone of us. They just didn't mold my personality and outlook in life but they also let me showcase my talent as an individual.
    The challengesno challenges at all, it is so fun to work at Axiem and I always look forward to being in the office everyday for it is not just a work place for me but a HOME. Not even for a day I felt suppressed nor deprived for the company provides everything that would benefit the employees.

    Awesome company! Great people
    The good thingsI love the environment. Feels like we are one big family here. Everyone's friendly from the bosses down to the guards. This is the only company that I really felt not too much of company politics. Bosses are easy to approach. They even do their rounds every morning just to greet you and makes you feel appreciated which is a good motivation to start my day. We also have free lunch every friday of each fortnight which is a big help to us employees.
    The challengesThe building's elevator are not reliable. We have a small office compared to the BPO's normal set up.
