Learning is an unending process. And I'm learning more here!The good thingsThe people are very friendly most of all I always see my employer, not only I'm seeing THE BOSS but also I can talk to her whenever she's here and of course when she's not busy. You see most of the employer \"the bosses\" of other companies never talk to their employees but here its entirely different you can feel the respect and the good treatment from your superiors. New things are learnt here, you are not just concentrating to local freight forwarding but an international trade as well since this is an Australian company. Expanding one's knowledge and gaining more experience not just for work but also the life experience here is I think the best. As they say, don't choose your job choose your boss because they can push you to achieve more things that you have ever desired.
The challengesWaking up early and changing your body clock is a bit challenging. But as they say \"Early birds gets the worms\" with that said I tell you its better going to work with 6-3, less traffic no stress in traveling and that is a good thing. Another one is the elevator since there are a lot of employees going down after shift. It's impossible for you to get down the building in 5 minutes time. and you're trying your best to Go down fast since you dont want to catch the rush hour.
