    Adopting to graveyard shift is something that i can used to.
    The good thingsMy colleagues are good to work with. I like the friendship built with the team.
    The challengesFeeling neglected at some point. Since we are working in graveyard most of the assistance are given to the Morning shifters.

    The challengesthe owners are the best but the management sucks. will not receive retirement benefits from this company. work there for experience only . problem is if you want to resign from this company they will tell you that they will file case if you transfer from other BPO company with related job. h
