Management has a vague mission and direction.
The good thingsFriendly and accommodating HR staff.
The challengesDon't bother interviewing with this company. They will waste your days meeting with you multiple times to nitpick and ask for advice because they have no concrete plans for the roles they want to fill. It is a strategic way to get free consultations without spending anything as the company desperately tries to catch up and not become obsolete because of AI.

Good place to grow your career.
The good thingsThere is an ecosystem of feedback.
The challengesThere are times when projects take away bandwidth from your actual goals, but nothing that can't solved with communication.

    A Great Place to Learn
The good thingsManagement cares about employees, team leads are highly competent, and most people in the team are just as capable. Admins are efficient with their delegation of work, not a lot of micro-management, and the culture of inclusivity is very welcoming. Everyone in upper management is surprisingly inspiring, and more than willing to teach you new things and develop your skills.
The challengesFor what you're earning, the work load can sometimes feel like it isn't worth it.
