The good thingsDynamic culture, diverse team. Lots of opportunities to learn and grow, but you have to be able to sink or swim, as directives change all the time.
The challengesPoor management and leadership. Company basically does not know what it's doing or where it's going. Visions seems awesome, but execution is poor, at best. Plans, direction, and strategies are forever changing. Workload is stressful and the bottom line is "the bottomline." Small wonder this company has a reputation of being a place in which employees eventually burn out from being overworked.
Mangers play favorites.
