The challengesThere are times when projects take away bandwidth from your actual goals, but nothing that can't solved with communication.

    Great learning environment, horrible management.
The good thingsDynamic culture, diverse team. Lots of opportunities to learn and grow, but you have to be able to sink or swim, as directives change all the time.
The challengesPoor management and leadership. Company basically does not know what it's doing or where it's going. Visions seems awesome, but execution is poor, at best. Plans, direction, and strategies are forever changing. Workload is stressful and the bottom line is "the bottomline." Small wonder this company has a reputation of being a place in which employees eventually burn out from being overworked. Mangers play favorites.

It is a digital marketing academy
The good things- There are lots of free training that can help you grow not just about digital marketing but about life. - The employees are very competitive and all (not all but most) are striving to become better than the person they used to be. - The people on the upper management are really kind and friendly.
The challenges- Elevator sucks. - You'll grow on your career but salary wise, sometimes it makes me feel like it is not worth it.

    Streamlined but Stuffy
The good thingsAll processes are streamlined and thorough. Everyone is helpful and nice. There are a lot of engagement efforts, and career development opportunities. They ace the elements that make for great employer branding.
The challengesThe content department has a really heavy workload, and very little wiggle room to find their way around it. They are very strict with quality, but you need to be able to rapidly churn out articles. You'd get help if you're not doing well, but slowing down and taking a break is almost not an option. The culture can be overbearing and stuffy, especially for those who value their space.

The company works you to the bone
The good thingsThe company was well-marketed to me: amazing office design, fun company activities, and lots of incentives.
The challengesAs part of the content team, they make you work. A lot. You have a daily quota of 3-4 articles per week, and for someone who is very particular on quality, I had to sacrifice it to make the daily quota. For a company that says they prioritize work-life balance, they make you work on non-working holidays.

    Some good, some bad
The good thingsThe employees are kind and fun people. The management is very approachable and helpful. They give excellent career advice. I learned a lot about SEO and more from their General Manager. My experience definitely changed the way I saw Writing and the Internet. When it comes to writing, I definitely noticed a change in the way I wrote stories. There's a big difference between my writing before I joined the company and after I left.
The challengesThe insane turnover rate of the company is worrying. Almost every 2-3 weeks, someone leaves the company. There is no proper training system either. You just get thrown into the fire without a trainer, especially when one has zero experience. The elevator is terrible as well. There are double-riders and there's only one elevator working most of the time. This company is excellent but, they need to find another building to be in.

You'll surely grow and learn here!
The good thingsThere is no shortage on opportunities for growth here. They would even allow you to train with other teams and projects to learn more aside from the things you do on a regular basis in your own role. The leadership, management, and even the protocols and polices are great too! Best I witnessed in all my work experience. No kidding!
The challengesYou are expected to continue learning and contribute to the team. It's a challenge because you would have to exert more than your usual effort. Filing leaves is also a challenge as they are thoroughly regulated.

    Challenging, but rewarding
The good thingsCompany recognizes hard work with incentives, the workload can be heavy at times but after you get used to it it's not so bad, it's just a matter of learning how to work smart. There's a lot of training and lots of feedback so that you get a chance to develop. Lots of opportunities for career growth and development.
The challengesWorkload can be heavy, if you don't know how to deal with stress, can get overwhelming.

    There are good and bad
The good thingsThe people are kind and nice and they will help you in your task and treat you well. There are townhall meetings every week.
The challengesWorking here can be very stressful but It depends on what department you belong I think. Some task can be very demanding and the pressure is too much. There are some management issues and some things are very mismanaged and could have been better and sometimes internal politics can be too much.

    A very intuitive company
The good thingsI started with zero experience in SEO and is now learning. I came from a different industry background and am just glad that they gave me an opportunity. The pay grade is fairly decent. The job role is quite challenging and I love the fact that they allow you to work very independently. It is good to have some employee engagement activities such as True Ideas where employees can share their contained insights through public speaking. Company also provide fruits, free coffee, and a 500 GC for perfect attendance.
The challengesThere’s gossip mongering in most departments and even some who are in the higher position engage in it. I just hope that such things can be prevented. Expectations about the job role is not also set properly and there is no constant follow through on your progress. I also don’t see a rapid growth in terms of promotion. You only grow skill wise but not career wise. Most people go overtime which I also think is quite unhealthy because of the overlapping training schedules or meetings which are not plotted accordingly.

    Great environment to work in
The good thingsFor content writers, our work area is really open and we can talk to each other, which was something I couldn't do in my first job. The people are really friendly and help you with your work and improving your writing skills. The clients are varied, so you get to learn and write about different industries. They teach you the different forms of content writing, which is very useful for a fresh grad just starting out.
The challengesThe workload can sometimes be very overwhelming. We follow this schedule and when we are really behind, the job can be very stressful. The building the company is located at is probably old and, in the time I've been there, there's been one power outage that disrupted a whole day of work and the elevators really need to be fixed.

I was poor when I entered the company
The good things- My knowledge about SEO, Digital Marketing and other stuff in the SEO industry was poor when I joined the company. However the company was so generous of ideas and training that for a couple of months you'll be able to be familiar on what you're doing but it depends on your eagerness to learn. - The company will also support you on your career path in the company. - If you want challenge, then you're looking at the right company now. - Best company for career shifters who are looking for career growth. - Lots of food - The people don't consider any questions dumb. Everything is answered with respect. - Playful, fun, and knowledgeable people because of the culture of the company - Employees help each other when in need. You can see the camaraderie in the company - Approachable executives - Considering to be the leading SEO company in the country, it still has a startup vibe.
The challenges- The building is old, so don't expect the elevator to be friendly. It knows when you're getting late. - You'll get too committed to your work because of the endless learning you get in return. This is where the challenge of work and life balance comes in. - Curiosity will kill you in your first few months because of the working vibe in the company. - You'll have to look after your diet here.

    Awesome people to work with!
The good thingsThe people you work with in the company are not hesitant in reaching out to their colleagues. They build a culture centered around caring for others, and being proactive when it comes to doing your tasks.
The challengesI've encountered some software that I've only started using when I stepped in the doors of Truelogic. As I mentioned, people here are really willing to help you out and teach you how to navigate through their system, and how to complete the tasks.

    A Great Place to Learn
The good thingsManagement cares about employees, team leads are highly competent, and most people in the team are just as capable. Admins are efficient with their delegation of work, not a lot of micro-management, and the culture of inclusivity is very welcoming. Everyone in upper management is surprisingly inspiring, and more than willing to teach you new things and develop your skills.
The challengesFor what you're earning, the work load can sometimes feel like it isn't worth it.
