Doesn't give importance to employees wellbeing
The good thingsIt will hone your nursing skills well that you'll be prepared if ever you want to go overseas. Also, it helps you up the nursing ladder.
The challengesDue to the pandamic, its apparent that they dont give much value to their nurses wellbeing. Poor living arrangements for staff that couldn't go home, limited transport service, low salary, also 12 hours duty with meetings after and different activities doesn't give nurses enough rest to boost their immunity. Please be mindful of your staffs wellbeing since they're the one at the frontliners. Also, give proper hazard pay when it is due.
