    There is no HMO or any other benefit besides the salary, and there is no opportunity for growth in terms of position or salary. Your initial pay might be your salary for years.
    The good thingsThe company will let you work at your own pace which means that the pressure of working is not really high. People here are fun and easy to work with, making the job manageable despite the general demands of the aviation industry.
    The challengesThere is no HMO nor any other benefit aside from salary. Also, there is no growth in terms of position or salary.

    The good thingsGood on the resume get to interact with different people and get to assist pilots.
    The challengesShifting schedule they expect you to work also on the weekends even though the pay is low. they charge you for HMO in the beginning of your employment but did not receive any help from the benefits.
