    Appreciating the Worse in Working
    The good thingsIt started with the idea of learning the firearm business, how it works and how selling and buying firearms seem complicated to an ordinary person. As we all know, possessing a single firearm is a sign of strength and power and dominance and fear and security for other people. There was an excitement on my part recognizing all these stuff since I mean to own one someday.
    The challengesThe dilemma lies in the culture, leadership and management style in a much traditional and conventional strategy. There was an awesome expectation to help the organization with our own approach learnt from our personal experience, however, the road blocks created by the management is an impediment to the company's well being and success. The style is within them and within their culture is them.
