    INCONSISTENT PROCESS
    The good thingsTrainers in Market site are awesome, Competitive salary specially if you are a newbie in BPO compare to other BPO
    The challengesThey always have update. There are always changes with the process and very inconsistent with their decision which always lead to confusion of the agents. Management is pushing the agents to work on site, yet they are working at home comfortably not realizing if without agents, they are nothing.

    It was fun working with the company
    The good thingsSalary is fair specially for those newbie.. and another good thing is the incentives.. The incentives? it depend on how you work on your numbers, I have read those other reviews which they were having difficulties in terms of monthly goal, Yes it was somehow challenging but it depend on how you do it, The service that the company offers is loan, the more you get loan the more incentives. This company do not have an AHT and NPS unlike other bpo that no matter how good and patient you are with your customer you still get bad return even if its not your fault.
    The challengesChallenges are the loan crediting which is somehow understandable since we have a new system.

    The good thingsGreat company that empowers their employees and give all the learning opportunities to grow. I certainly appreciate this company for doing this for me. It continues to grow at a very high rate which means growing and being successful is quite easy as a personnel.

    The company itself is good to manage and encourage people
    The good thingsARB Call Facilities is good in terms of providing leeway and consideration to its employees. They are giving high salary and incentives that will make you work harder and and start loving your job. there are also a lot of opportunities and promotions. if you are looking for the Career advancement I would highly recommend this company.
    The challengesBeing calibrated is what makes the company challenged which is very common for the start up company. Also getting a loan is challenging for the loan agent since this is a quota basis
