    INCONSISTENT PROCESS
    The good thingsTrainers in Market site are awesome, Competitive salary specially if you are a newbie in BPO compare to other BPO
    The challengesThey always have update. There are always changes with the process and very inconsistent with their decision which always lead to confusion of the agents. Management is pushing the agents to work on site, yet they are working at home comfortably not realizing if without agents, they are nothing.

    Not a good company if you're looking for a stable job
    The good thingsGood working environment, the account is soooooo easy. Supervisors are friendly and they will really help you.
    The challengesI can say not a stable job. Eventhough you're a regular employee. I've been working here 2 years. Anytime you'll be terminated if you didn't hit the quota. They don't value employees skills and dedication to work. No career growth.

    The good thingsSalary is fair specially for those newbie.. and another good thing is the incentives.. The incentives? it depend on how you work on your numbers, I have read those other reviews which they were having difficulties in terms of monthly goal, Yes it was somehow challenging but it depend on how you do it, The service that the company offers is loan, the more you get loan the more incentives. This company do not have an AHT and NPS unlike other bpo that no matter how good and patient you are with your customer you still get bad return even if its not your fault.

    At first, it was exciting and challenging to work but will experience a stressful environment. The Management are not that good.
    The good thingsI enjoy working here because of my teammates, we compete not with each other but within ourselves. We always do our best to perform better than we did yesterday.
    The challengesYou have a monthly quota which is somehow uncontrollable due to some factors. And sometimes, this company forgot to take care and give consideration to their employees especially for tenured employees. Although, you'll have a chance to earn a higher salary, still it will be depend upon your monthly performance.

    Keeping their employees seems not their Mantra
    The good thingsSalary for newbies If you compare it to other BPOs, you can say that their offer for newbies are way larger than other centers.
    The challengesHow you will stay on the company. Even if you are a tenured agent it doesn't mean that your job is secured. They keep on hiring agents that eventually will filtered to a large amount just because they did not hit their quota. You're like in a place where you literally need to survive every month. Management seems to forgot that agents are their cream of the crop. VALUE THEM!

    The good thingsThe workload itself is easy compared to telco accounts. You just have to keep dialing until you have someone to talk to thats it. Once you hit your quota regardless if your score card is pass or fail you still jave an incentive.
    The challengesKPIs changes from time to time without proper analytics or basis. Instead of motivating agents to hit their quota most of the supervisors / management keeps on reminding the agents on what will happen to them if they dont hit the target so the tendancy is most agents are burnt out.
