    It was terrible. I had a good experience because you needed to step up and be independent.
    The good thingsEvery procedure and policy is so unstructured and unregulated that you can practically do anything without question or get away with anything without notice.
    The challengesExtremely aggressive work politics, biased performance review, since there are no staff to manager performance assessment, it is only manager to manager, so politics is really the key. Regardless of credentials, quality of work, nor competency.
