Previously, they paid based on Total Worked Hours. However, now the payment is calculated based on Total Decision Time. If your total worked hours have not yet met the required decision time (depending on the project), you will still need to put in extra hours to fulfill the mandatory weekly hours.
There was no interview but there's a long and sometimes difficult qualification exam, qualification exams are harder than the actual job type sometimes.

Bugs and other tool issue that affects jobs and sometimes it takes more than a month to be resolved. No workload, no pay.
