Employees at Air Philippines Corporation appreciate the friendly and supportive colleagues who treat each other like family, as well as the travel benefits that allow them and their families to fly for free or at discounted rates. They value the opportunities for learning and growth in a dynamic and challenging work environment that fosters continuous improvement.

Provides bare minimum to their Cabin Crews. (All aspects)
The good thingsYou will have the opportunity to expand your circle and fun at work as co-crew are mostly kind and friendly.
The challengesThe schedule sucks, you can't have a definite day off as you may be called for duty or your duty may extend to that day and it has no additional pay. Benefits are just bare minimum compared to other low costs airline in the Philippines. The salary is good yet other airlines such as (Z2 & 5J) pays even better.
