    Provides bare minimum to their Cabin Crews. (All aspects)
    The good thingsYou will have the opportunity to expand your circle and fun at work as co-crew are mostly kind and friendly.
    The challengesThe schedule sucks, you can't have a definite day off as you may be called for duty or your duty may extend to that day and it has no additional pay. Benefits are just bare minimum compared to other low costs airline in the Philippines. The salary is good yet other airlines such as (Z2 & 5J) pays even better.

    My Dream Job Since College
    The good thingsBeing a ground attendant for Philippine Airlines has been my dream job since I was in college. It was everything I wanted and more. I loved checking in passengers, tagging their bags, letting them board the aircraft, and even deplaning them when they arrive. It was a dream come true for me.
    The challengesThe challenges were the organization. The only con working here was the poor management because some higher personnel are blinded by money.

    PAL express is a great company to work in!
    The good thingsHave a fulfilling career working with excellent, supportive mentors and dynamic teams. PAL express is a powerhouse of brilliant people who are always excited about getting things done through innovation and empowerment.
    The challengesAn open office makes it conducive for coordinating with coworkers...however, you would sometimes need a headset when it gets too loud with people around.

    The good thingsThe working environment environment and culture are the primary reasons for working here. The people working here are easy to work with and quite dynamic and very much welcome to changes. The president is innovative and inculcates a culture of continuous improvement among its employees.
    The challengesThe challenges in this Company is coping up with the fast-paced changes and demands required due to the said changes. The compensation is comparable to other domestic airlines but the professional relationships within the Company is an added bonus that cannot be measured quantitatively.
