    The good thingsHigh salary package
    The challengesNo benefits like performance incentives Client expects you to do tasks even you're just on your training period Super strict when it comes to time and you can't bring food and phone in the production area even if you're working in the corporate department Receptionist is rude!! even if you are asking her nicely she will answer you in a rude manner. I don't know how she got hired with that attitude. Front Desk Personnel should be approachable and nice.

    Some great colleagues made the job enjoyable, but poor management, office politics, and team division due to conflict and lack of empathy created a challenging work environment
    The good thingsDuring my tenure at Acquire Intelligence, I had the opportunity to collaborate with several talented and supportive colleagues. These relationships fostered a sense of camaraderie and made day-to-day tasks more enjoyable. Working alongside individuals who were committed to excellence and open to sharing knowledge was one of the most rewarding aspects of the role
    The challengesThe management style often lacked transparency and empathy, which contributed to a strained working environment. Office politics were prevalent, creating unnecessary friction and undermining team cohesion. Unfortunately, internal conflicts led to a divided team, making collaboration difficult and affecting overall morale and productivity.

    They care more about their clients and not their employees. RUN!In my 7 years working in the BPO industry, this is the first ever company who subjected me for TERMINATION for being sick for 4 days while still on probationary status. Their company policy is harsh towards their employees. No compassion at all. The HR particularly in Labor Relations are power trippers and rude! CRMs are focused on their clients than their employees. Your CRM doesn't care about you and will just allow the HR to give you a termination notice in just a snap! Do not apply on this company. I did not last for 1 month. High employee turnover! Do not apply on this company.

    The challengesBelow market salary. No salary increases. Computers are outdated that causes a lot of IT issues. No career growth. Manager do not care about the welfare of his team. No WorkLife balance.

    The good thingsGood workmates. However, if you think about it, it's not about the company.
    The challengesSalary is so low for one's experience, the company would low-ball potential employees. Managers and HRs are not employee friendly, they kiss their clients' behind. They're looking for kiss-ass employees and yes-man employees. Employee turnover is high. A lot of employees quit a month after because of the culture. HR will not care for your job, they're saving theirs since they are on the company's payroll

    This is the first time I have seen a BPO to terminate you without regards whatsoever. Felt like an OJT has much more job security than here. Bottomline, they will always prioritize CLIENT than you.
    The good thingsGood equipment and smooth HR process
    The challengesA lot of IT issues. No job security. Client first. I just had 2 weeks and they terminate me. No room for improvement or learning curve. Need to be great and perfect from the start. CRM is always client first and you’ll just receive a termination notice in a blink of an eye.

    The challengesCant use sleeping quarters or pantry more than 2hrs before the shift. HMO on Day 1 was not followed. Failed to discuss in training some of the tools being used in tbay or prod. Politics.

    In my 10+ years working with Acquire. I would say lack of career growth and support from the Operation Managers. Beware of Non-compete clause in your Contract, you will never be able to leave.
    The good thingsWorkload is okay as long as you have a great comrades
    The challengesNo words of encouragement from Managers for you to keep going with your task. You will always here them say, "I have a lot on my plate" phrase which doesn't boost morale to agents and Supervisors.

    The good thingsI only been here for 6 months but overall my experience there is quite wonderful the rest of my stay there I feel like I'm in a vacation.

    The good thingsGood thing about Acquire is the Management and the environment. Their salary basic is quite high. The compensation and Benefits is the every employee wishes that every employer has to offer.
    The challengesThe workload, though it is very common when you are working on any industry, when you are in an Recruitment Department, you need be an extra you. You have to put an extra effort, extra energy and so much time. but Im open to that because in Acquire all of the overtime is paid.
