    The challengesUnprofessional SOD, CM, and AU Leaders. Ugly politics and lacks integrity. Close-minded leaders who see themselves as best in the industry but all are fake leaders.

    This is the first time I have seen a BPO to terminate you without regards whatsoever. Felt like an OJT has much more job security than here. Bottomline, they will always prioritize CLIENT than you.
    The good thingsGood equipment and smooth HR process
    The challengesA lot of IT issues. No job security. Client first. I just had 2 weeks and they terminate me. No room for improvement or learning curve. Need to be great and perfect from the start. CRM is always client first and you’ll just receive a termination notice in a blink of an eye.
