    Poor management and no career growth
    The good thingsHMO is good and nothing else.
    The challengesBelow market salary. No salary increases. Computers are outdated that causes a lot of IT issues. No career growth. Manager do not care about the welfare of his team. No WorkLife balance.

    My biggest regret
    The good thingsSharetreats before Day 1
    The challengesCant use sleeping quarters or pantry more than 2hrs before the shift. HMO on Day 1 was not followed. Failed to discuss in training some of the tools being used in tbay or prod. Politics.
