    The ratios of regular employees to interns is questionable. Facilities are not that good. Compensation is below market average, especially if there are a few people in the same position. Environment is relaxed, no office politics, no guilt tripping if you're planning to take a leave. Don't expect any promotions as the company is quite stagnant at the moment.

    The Achieve Without Borders (AWB) help me achieved career advancement and professional growth.
    The good things-The AWB is not only committed to help organizations achieve their full business potential but at the same time they help individuals fully acquire the necessary or the actual skills and knowledge that are helpful for an individual to broaden the experience level for the future benefits. -AWB has a welcoming workplace.
    The challengesThe task given are easy but became difficult when the work keeps piling up.

    Great Company with Great People
    The good thingsMy first job out of college doesn't have much experience to compare them with other companies. Still, I'm sure they are one of the best companies to start your career based on my experience with them and my college friend's comments working for other companies. Excellent and friendly people, leaders drive you to grow and go beyond what you can. Overall pretty chill company.
    The challengesCompensation is on the lower side based on my college friend's info working for other companies. But if high compensation is not your priority, I highly recommend AWB progress with your career and personal growth.

    the workplace is like your home away from home
    The good thingsNo regrets accepting the job offer with AWB. The workplace feels like home and employees treat each other as family. Everyone respects each other and works in the same direction with a common goal. I consider AWB as one of the fastest growing company which means the opportunities are also getting wider and challenging. The company takes care the employees well which really showed during the pandemic (care packages, cash ayuda, vaccines, covid test kits and others plus the company doesn't allow its employees to ride public transportation thus AWB provided free shuttle services up to present).

    The good thingsI've been at AWB for a month and can't say enough about how pleased I am to be here. The work environment is unrivaled in terms of culture, management, and peer support. This culture is so positive and compassionate, and so many people have gone above and beyond to assist me. Your career and where you aspire to go are important for the company. AWB was one of the companies to implement a work-from-home policy. Our healthy and safety came first, and I felt so lucky our company had the opportunity to make that decision. It is really amazing in terms of benefits. We have company happy hours or weekly catch-up gatherings where you can virtually connect with peers. I would not hesitate to refer AWB to my relatives and friends. It's a great place to work!

    Challenging yet exciting workplace to work with.
    The good thingsThey care for their people when it comes to people's development. They have a series of training to make sure that you have the right knowledge and mindset in order to perform your task. They push you to your limits but they really care about what you can manage. They really believe in your capabilities, based on your potentials even you didn't agree with what they see. :) The team is manageable. Issues are part of the project, but it's always your call on how you will be managing it. So far, so good. As long as you are performing and delivering what you need to deliver. AWB promotes a work-life balance environment. Which is what I really like. They are not promoting overtime unless needed.
    The challengesAll jobs are challenging but you will always be challenged here but this is a good thing. You will always have something to pursue and learn.

    The good thingsYou can achieve your dreams here! Achieve without Borders, Inc. (AWB) is an IT solutions organization with a lot of promise, not only in the local scene, but in the global space as well. Due to increased demands for IT solutions driven in part by pandemic ramifications, it has opened border-less opportunities for everyone to grow and prosper. This means exciting new projects to work for, teeming with knowledge, training, experiences, fun collaborations, and exposure to new technologies and frameworks. AWB has built a workplace environment for everyone to thrive. All you need to do is to make that happen to you, exactly as its slogan says, Go Ahead, Achieve with Us. AWB is also a very welcoming organization that is patient with employee shortcomings and cares a lot about its employees—free on-site meals, free shuttle service, free meals delivered door-to-door for virtual meeting attendees, fun parties, and a covid-safe office.
    The challengesThe high turn-over rate typical in IT organizations, is a situation present in AWB, however, this just means growth and exposure opportunities for those who had to fill the skills gap.

    The great stuff are great
    The good thingsThe culture, the work environment, the opportunities, the development and balance between work and life --probably most things that you'd like to have on your employer.
    The challengesThe organization has been on a start-up mode longer than it should, processes and structure still need work, not that the organization intends to but lack of human resources that can build those structures is hampering the development, given time, this would no longer be a challenge. The attitude towards required work tools may be a challenge, but if you are pioneering and don't mind working bush-league tools, then this isn't too much of a big deal.

AWB is a place that rallies around fixing solutions and making them work. They have a great program for Developers, and a great focus on Sales Community. They value good technical talent.

    The good thingsAWB is an extremely fast-growing IT Company. Several things worth pointing are : - There are endless opportunities to explore and advance your career -professional and personal growth at work - Statutory benefits are provided plus Free Lunch (everyday) and Snacks (T/TH), when pandemic happened they also provided Care Packages, etc. - Met some of the most talented and friendliest people especially in our Team - they were always willing to help out in any way possible - AWB did fun things too - company/dept. outing, yoga, parties, etc - Yes, office politics exist (everywhere) but generally, it's a meritocracy
    The challengesBecause AWB is growing rapidly, there are a lot of changes that happen fairly frequently, which can be stressful for some. NO COMPANY CAN BE PERFECT in every aspect. Same goes with AWB so manage your expectations.
