    A Great Training Ground for Those People Who Wants to Pursue a Career in the Corporate World
    The good thingsMy employer gave me the opportunity to manage and lead a team. They also let me try out a different field of work beyond my marketing JD, which I really do appreciate. Also, the company provided safety and support they can to the employees during this COVID-19 pandemic.
    The challengesThe company might want to review on the employee benefits especially for long-tenured employees and employees looking for a better place for retirement.
