    The ratios of regular employees to interns is questionable. Facilities are not that good. Compensation is below market average, especially if there are a few people in the same position. Environment is relaxed, no office politics, no guilt tripping if you're planning to take a leave. Don't expect any promotions as the company is quite stagnant at the moment.
    The good thingsGood experience for those just starting. They have a friendly environment.
    The challengesFacilities and the quite shady amount of interns.

    The good thingsEmployers are friendly, Working at AWB has been the best unique experience in my career, and it is the people that make it. AWB is a place that rallies around fixing solutions and making them work. They have a great program for Developers, and a great focus on Sales Community. They value good technical talent.

    The good thingsAWB is an extremely fast-growing IT Company. Several things worth pointing are : - There are endless opportunities to explore and advance your career -professional and personal growth at work - Statutory benefits are provided plus Free Lunch (everyday) and Snacks (T/TH), when pandemic happened they also provided Care Packages, etc. - Met some of the most talented and friendliest people especially in our Team - they were always willing to help out in any way possible - AWB did fun things too - company/dept. outing, yoga, parties, etc - Yes, office politics exist (everywhere) but generally, it's a meritocracy
    The challengesBecause AWB is growing rapidly, there are a lot of changes that happen fairly frequently, which can be stressful for some. NO COMPANY CAN BE PERFECT in every aspect. Same goes with AWB so manage your expectations.

    A very fulfilling experience
    The good thingsThis is a good company for students who want to discover or hone their HR management skills. Working here as an HR intern, I was able to take part in various tasks especially in the recruitment process. The supervisors are very approachable and would always share strategies and techniques to efficiently work out the tasks; this also comes with words of appreciation that makes the work experience worthwhile. Overall, it is an excellent learning experience that helped significantly improve my personal and professional skills.
    The challengesNot really the company's fault since we were required to carry this out virtually, but I feel that we would have learned more actual experiences had we done this internship on-site.

    The challengesNo documented process and procedure or guidelines in spite company existed for more than eight years. Benefits differ in each department, and office politics has been a practice. The attrition rate is high!
