    There is a noticeable lack of fair treatment regarding company rules.
    The good thingsCompetitive Salary: The compensation package is actually quite good compared to other BPOs.
    The challengesWorst Training Experience: The training process felt disorganized and lacked proper structure.Management fails to provide clear guidelines from the start, leaving new hires confused about their daily roles.

    If you want to be stressed everyday then apply here!
    The good thingsI enjoyed because I had good friends.
    The challengesRecruiters, your PC WILL LOCK if you don't move it in a few mins, you will be forced to sit 8 hours, we are WFH but it feels like we are working onsite. The contract says WFH but you will be forced to report 2x - 3x onsite and they don't even have considerations and salary is extremely low! If you are a RECRUITER - don't apply here, you will only work as a contract recruiter and they can end your contract anytime even if you perform well, the manager only promotes those who are SIPSIP. The manager will always scare the hell out of you and will tell you that you will work onsite if you don't perform well. The manager gives impossible KPI, they don't have budget to post on job posting sites and you will be forced to find your own candidates. If you are a CSR - Don't apply here we know the whole process of recruitment, you will only be a buffer, even if you already resign from your previous work, there is a high chance that you will lose your work because of them!

    The challengesThey place my SSS contribution to wrong account and now its been a year since Ive been reaching out, still not resolve! 2 years worth of contribution is missing!

    WORK DEPRIVED and NO LIFE AND WORK BALANCE.
    The good thingsSalary is good. Co-workers are professional, fun, and welcoming.
    The challengesTeam Managers are not good in communicating with their agents. Confusing and Contradicting process, and goals that they never managed to raise with their clients. No team buildings either team temperature checking. Worse of all the worse companies I've worked with. NO WORK LIFE BALANCE AT ALL.

    It was the worst experience in my whole recruitment sourcing career. I wasn't given enough time to study their process while also expecting that all recruitment sourcing events and projects would happen just overnight - without prior and proper planning. Never felt welcome and would always feel like walking on egg shells whenever working onsite.
    The good thingsThere are a lot of opportunities to learn and build a career in.
    The challengesManagement is too specific on how to deal with things. Most of them are non-locals that doesn't even try to study the local job market to understand how to source for more candidates in order to close out classes. Will usually hire a lot of people even if a certain client hasn't signed the agreement yet which is usually the reason classes would often get cancelled.

    It's not a good company to build a career.
    The good thingsThey acknowledge good performers. Salary is okay relative to other BPOs. Will provide good experience if you're pursuing the Prior Authorization / Revenue Cycle Management career path.
    The challengesToo hard to achieve their metrics requirement to get good yearly appraisals. Attendance policy is too cruel and does not promote work-life balance. If you go on vacation leave for more than a day, it will be taken against your productivity, so it's too difficult to apply for vacation leaves. Left the company because of this. Upper management does not seem to care of the well-being of their employees. They only care about the numbers. I also did not like some of the people I worked with. Too much politics and drama.

    The good thingsThe good things? I get to pay my bills cause I have a job. YES I SAID JOB. CAUSE THAT THE ONLY THING THAT KEEPS ME FROM LEAVING THIS COMPANY.

    Working with this company was great. This is my first company and they are the one who first believed in me.
    The good thingsThe management is good and they give importance to their employees.
    The challengesIt was really challenging at first to meet the companies expectations because there are a lot to memorize especially the work process. But you'll be fine once you know every work flow and you get used to it.

    The good thingsLittle to none. they only gave us a little salary increase last December since majority of us were resigning.
    The challengesNah, almost everything is bad here. management, applying for a leave and the work itself. They don't train well, 75% of the new client partners resign after a year due to stress and low compensation.

    The challengesThe salary is not equitable to the level of responsibilities that one has. Some have the lion's share of the responsibilities but have the same salary as the newbies. The training was insufficient for the product and service being support.
