    Absolutely worst BPO experience I had.
    The good thingsSalary package, that's all
    The challengesEverything is a challenge, from incompetent trainers to the worst recruitment/HR people I have ever experienced. Recruiters will only respond to your messages and email when they want you to say yes to their offer but will completely disappear once you agree and sign. Operation and process are stupid. Imagine you need to log in every so often to your PC using an authenticator but the catch is CP is not allowed on the floor. Could you get any more stupid than that? The phone that you need to log in is prohibited on floor. Insane!!!

    I PASSED THE FINAL INTERVIEW (onsite btw), STILL WAITING FOR MY JOB OFFER, Recruiter UNRESPONSIVE
    The good thingsNo good things out here.
    The challengesStill waiting for my JOB OFFER after passing my final interview, which I had to go ONSITE for on the same day that I applied. Sure, my recruiter was very responsive last week, telling me that my start date will be on Friday, but HOW CAN I START WITHOUT THE JOB OFFER? MY ORIENTATION WAS SUPPOSED TO BE TODAY BUT STILL NO RESPONSE. Incredible. Just speechless.

    Toxic management and will force you to provide only numbers
    The good thingsthe friends who would help you to get by through the day
    The challengesmore empathy to the employee's rather than the number. we understand that business is business but the lack of empathy even in face of a storm is a no-no. management does not listen to their employee's and will always doubt everything you do.

    Probably the worst company I’ve been, no compassion and lack of empathy from the higher ups
    The good thingsSalary, compensation are good enough
    The challengesUpper management are all about numbers but will never listen to their employee, it is so difficult to ask for a PTO because of the target quota, if your absent even if you already provided a valid med cert a DA will still be issued because your absent. They doesn’t care about you all they care about was the client but not the employee

    Toxic Culture, Weak Leadership, No Real Growth!!!! Access Healthcare fosters a toxic environment where teamwork is undermined by crab mentality and poor leadership. Operations are chaotic, and management lacks clear direction, focusing more on client approval than employee growth. It’s not a workplace for anyone seeking real development or support.
    The good thingsCompetitive salary, beyond the market value.
    The challengesAccess Healthcare has been a huge disappointment. Learning and Development is completely useless — after 2 months, there’s still no product-specific training. Management is directionless, always running after client validation instead of building real support for employees. A waste of time and effort.
