The challengesBeing a foreign bank, the employees believed they didnt need to look for clients. Clients would come to the bank to open accounts. This way of thinking was so contradictary to my experiece in the previous bank. I was limited to work within my department, I couldnt cross learn in another department. Unfortunately my curiosity wasn't fulfilled.
