    The experience was tiring but fulfilling.
    The good thingsI got to know different people from other country, met their parents and families sometimes. For adults, they're not just my students but they became my friends eventually. I enjoyed the most when it's a Free talk class because they got to share about themselves and through that, I got to know them better.
    The challengesI seldom made a day off. Though, it was a flexible time schedule. I chose to do a lot of working time from day to night because I enjoyed it.

    A company that suits me
    The good thingsI think I found the right job for me. It allows me to be a stay at home mom. I get to see my kids while working and it has really helped me during this pandemic as no-one is really hiring.

    The good things51Talk helped me work at the same time be a full time mother. They are providing flexible schedules with competitive salary and incentives. They have a strong support team handling all of our concerns.

    The good thingsI enjoyed working here. Though the job description mentioned that I was going to teach kids, there were instances that I also encountered teens, adults, and sometimes seniors. It's still great since I got to expand my communication skills in a varied audience.
    The challengesNot sure who I was reporting to since there weren't any teams and such. So whenever I had questions or concerns (not tech related because there's a support team for that), I was not sure who should I reach out to.

    Best Part Time Job Especially Right Now.
    The good thingsI have a day job which occupies most of my time. Despite this, I am also teaching at night and during the weekends, which is great for some extra income! I can even go as far to say that this pays better than my day job.
    The challengeshave not really experienced any challenges so far.

    I am honored to be part of this growing company. 51Talk is giving a competitive salary and awesome incentives for us teachers. Working from home is very timely especially now that the world is facing pandemic. My schedule is very flexible. I get to choose my teaching hours. Lastly, our students are very sweet and caring. For me, 51talk is the most awesome ESL company.

    A breath of fresh air
    The good thingsGreat way to earn money from home, and it is a really enjoyable way to teach. The teaching platform is user – friendly and fun! The best compared to the other ESL companies here in the Philippines. They made online teaching fun and exciting for me. Compensation is just fantastic and did I mention that they offer free trainings too?
    The challengesEverything is just great. Support team are all friendly and helpful!
