    INCREASE COMPENSATION AND MORE BENEFITS!
    The good thingsYou will meet students range from 3-18+ years old. Very nice tools for teaching. They have an app called AirClass where the student's can interact with the teacher. The lessons are also easy and fun to teach.
    The challengesI have been working for already 4 years in this company and I haven't experienced receiving bonuses and benefits from the company. They like accepting new applicants because the salary pay will be the standard pay, as for the old teachers only a little amount of increase they could get.

    The challengesTeaching chinese students will not be easy but you will surely enjoy.
