    The good thingsRecommended for teachers as the company offers incentives and somehow, competitive teaching rate. Good for an entry-level admin or fresh graduates.
    The challengesNot recommended for an admin position. No salary increase, only annual performance bonus, if you are able to hit the required KPI score. Salary is relatively low when it comes to the workload.
