What's it like to be a Trainer?
Trainers design and implement programs to address the education needs of employees. This involves teaching work processes to new employees and upskilling current workers. Trainers help ensure that the skills and competencies of employees are in line with organizational needs.Tasks and duties

How to become a Trainer
You usually need a bachelor degree to become a Trainer. Experience in your chosen industry is beneficial.
- 1.Complete a relevant bachelor degree in communication, business administration, education or a related field.
- 2.Gain experience in training design and facilitation. This could be through an internship while you’re studying, or by starting off in an entry-level role under the guidance of an experienced Trainer.
