Copywriters may work freelance, in an advertising or marketing agency, or in a company’s marketing department. They are employed in a variety of industries such as healthcare, retail, finance and many others. How to become a Copywriter
Copywriter is a skill-oriented role that requires professional experience and a solid background on communication basics such as grammar and content clarity.
- 1.Complete a bachelor degree. Employers typically prefer applicants with a degree in communications, journalism or other related fields.
- 2.Get work experience. Pursue an internship while studying to get a feel of the work environment. After graduation, apply as Junior Copywriter or for an entry-level marketing role.
