Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in B2B sales, sales development, inside sales, or a related commercial role
- Strong written and spoken business English communication skills
- Experience selling into business-English markets across Asia
- Confidence engaging professionals across different levels of seniority
- Proficiency in modern sales tools, including Salesforce (preferred), Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Microsoft Teams, and Outlook
- Experience using CRM platforms, with the ability to quickly learn new technologies
- Strong attention to detail and a disciplined approach to follow-up and process management
- Experience supporting B2B sales activities in the Singapore, Vietnam, India, or Indonesia markets is highly preferred
- Strong organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Preferably with a background in real estate
Responsibilities
Account-Aligned Prospecting & Outreach
- Partner with an assigned Account Executive to target a defined portfolio of strategic accounts
- Research target organizations, identify key stakeholders, and understand business priorities, challenges, and objectives before initiating outreach
- Engage multiple decision-makers across different functions and levels of seniority within target accounts
- Execute strategic outbound prospecting through calls, emails, and LinkedIn aligned with agreed account plans
- Support account expansion initiatives within existing customers and new business opportunities
Lead Qualification & Opportunity Creation
- Engage inbound and marketing-generated leads promptly within established service level agreements (SLAs)
- Qualify prospects using a structured framework, assessing business challenges, solution fit, decision-making processes, timelines, and budget considerations
- Prepare standardized handoff briefs for qualified meetings, including prospect background, business needs, key stakeholders, and identified concerns
- Manage meeting confirmations, coordinate calendar logistics, and re-engage no-shows within 24 hours
- Nurture recycled and stalled leads through structured re-engagement campaigns until they are sales-ready
- Schedule high-quality discovery meetings that advance qualified opportunities
Market & Account Intelligence
- Develop a strong understanding of the commercial real estate and property technology landscape across Asia
- Capture and document customer insights in the CRM to strengthen account strategies
- Identify market triggers such as portfolio expansion, regulatory changes, system upgrades, and transformation initiatives
Operational Excellence
- Maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date CRM records
- Utilize sales and marketing tools consistently to manage activities, follow-ups, and pipeline progression
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Regional Leadership teams to align with go-to-market (GTM) priorities
Continuous Development
- Build knowledge of the company's solutions and the business challenges they address
- Develop best-practice skills in business communication, discovery, qualification, and objection handling
- Own a personal development plan by identifying skill gaps, setting growth goals, and actively pursuing coaching opportunities
- Share successful outreach strategies, prospect insights, and best practices with the broader SDR team
- Seek, apply, and act on coaching feedback to support continuous improvement
Daily Tasks
- Research target accounts and identify key decision-makers
- Prospect through calls, emails, and LinkedIn to generate new business opportunities
- Qualify inbound and outbound prospects and schedule discovery meetings
- Follow up with leads and nurture opportunities through the sales pipeline
- Maintain accurate CRM records and activity tracking
- Collaborate with the Account Executive and Sales team to support revenue growth initiatives
