General Administrator
Tasks and Function:
Assist day to day operations for the members/clients
Mostly back-office work and monitoring
Covers data entry in Xero and Simpro (accounting software work)
Statement reconciliation
Inbox clearing and manages the work traffic coming in generic inboxes.
Qualifications:
Good English communication skills, both verbal and written
At least 6 months of experience in an administrative or back-office role
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets
Flexible, adaptable, and able to work in a dynamic environment
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
