General Administrator

Tasks and Function:

  • Assist day to day operations for the members/clients

  • Mostly back-office work and monitoring

  • Covers data entry in Xero and Simpro (accounting software work)

  • Statement reconciliation

  • Inbox clearing and manages the work traffic coming in generic inboxes.


Qualifications:

  • Good English communication skills, both verbal and written

  • At least 6 months of experience in an administrative or back-office role

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets

  • Flexible, adaptable, and able to work in a dynamic environment

  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
