As a Customer Service Associate for our Online Shopping & E-Commerce account in Tarlac, and you'll be handling order-related inquiries. You'll assist customers with return or refund issues, guide them through the process of returning items, and help them change or cancel their orders as needed. Your support will ensure a seamless shopping experience for our customers, enhancing their trust in our services.
What you’ll bring to the table:
Maintain strong operational knowledge of products and services, prices, marketing, and promotional events;
Provide clear and professional answers to various questions regarding customers’ order issues;
Meet all productivity and quality requirements and guidelines;
Model and work by the company's core values; and
Achieve and maintain required metrics and goals
You’ll be a great match if you have:
Finished at least 2 years in college (or High School Graduate + relevant work experience)
Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
Working knowledge of computers
Good customer service and problem-solving skills
Hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) and good judgement to verify outputs.
