As a Customer Service Associate for our Travel Booking & Support Program in Ilocos, you'll manage stay date changes, cancellations, billing inquiries, refunds, and lodging complaints to ensure a smooth and seamless travel experience for our customers.

Provide clear and professional answers to Travel inquiries

Achieve and maintain metrics and goals
You’re the perfect fit if you have:
Finished at least 2 years in college (or High School Graduate + relevant work experience)
Sales, Outbound Sales or Travel experiences are preferred
Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
Working knowledge on computers
Hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) and good judgement to verify outputs.
