As a Nurse Supervisor, you are more than a senior nurse—you are a clinical leader who sets standards, mentors teams, and ensures excellent, patient-centered care. This role is ideal for experienced nurses who are ready to step into leadership and make a meaningful impact on both patient outcomes and team performance.

You will oversee daily nursing operations, guide and support nursing staff, and ensure the consistent delivery of safe, high-quality, and compassionate healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and elevate nursing operations by implementing best practices, improving workflows, and promoting patient safety

  • Supervise daily clinic nursing activities to ensure efficiency, quality care, and compliance with standards

  • Mentor, coach, and support nurses to foster professional growth, accountability, and high performance

  • Serve as a role model in clinical excellence, professionalism, and compassionate patient care

  • Address staff concerns fairly and constructively while upholding policies and standards

  • Collaborate with physicians, clinic staff, and management to continuously improve patient experience and service delivery

  • Monitor care quality, ensure accurate documentation, and uphold infection control and safety protocols

  • Initiate and support quality improvement initiatives

  • Prepare and submit required operational and clinical reports

  • Act as Pollution Control Officer, ensuring compliance with regulatory and environmental standards

Qualifications

Education:

  • BS Nursing graduate (Valid PRC license required)

Experience/Knowledge:

  • At least 2 – 4 years of supervisory or leadership experience in a healthcare setting

  • Strong background in clinical operations and patient-centered care

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills

  • Computer-proficient; able to multitask in fast-paced settings

  • BLS certification is a plus

  • Amenable to rotational shifts (5-day work week, varying rest days)
