You own the integrity of financial data through rigorous reconciliation and analysis, ensuring that records remain accurate and consistent across all internal systems. Your work serves as the foundational layer for financial reporting, requiring a disciplined approach to identifying and resolving discrepancies before they impact the broader ledger.
This is a high-output production role within a structured offshore environment. You are responsible for maintaining specific data queues and executing documented workflows with precision. It is best suited for accounting professionals who find professional satisfaction in accuracy, value a remote-first structured schedule, and prefer clear, measurable performance standards over ambiguous project management.
You’re Likely a Strong Fit If You Have
2–3+ years of professional accounting experience
Proven ownership of data reconciliation and financial record maintenance
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data comparison and reporting)
Experience operating within night shift schedules aligned with U.S. business hours
A dedicated WFH environment that meets technical and connectivity requirements
Strong Signals
CPA or relevant professional certification
Previous experience in BPO or offshore financial services
Familiarity with Quipware or similar industrial-context accounting systems
