Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or any Business-related course
  • At least 3 years of experience in invoicing, billing, or related accounting functions
  • Strong numeracy, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure while maintaining a diplomatic yet firm approach
  • Proficient data entry and data processing skills
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize a demanding workload
  • Willingness to work in Ortigas, Pasig and/or Mandaluyong City

Responsibilities

Invoicing

  • Monitor new clients through New Hire Announcement Reports from the Onboarding Team
  • Monitor Client Services Agreements and related invoicing requirements
  • Update new client information in the E3i and NetSuite systems
  • Maintain and update Remit-To details
  • Update newly hired staff information in the E3i and NetSuite systems
  • Generate initial invoices for new clients
  • Update and maintain reports for new clients
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly deadlines
  • Develop payment management processes and ensure compliance with invoicing policies
  • Coordinate and collaborate with the Finance team to facilitate the smooth flow of information
  • Foster a positive team environment and influence site operations teams to achieve common goals
  • Implement strategies to ensure individual and team objectives are achieved
  • Participate in accounting and financial activities as delegated
  • Perform other duties assigned by the Immediate Supervisor, Assistant Manager, Finance Manager, or CFO

Stakeholder Management

  • Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing vendors
  • Foster a positive team environment and influence site operations teams to achieve common goals
  • Implement strategies to ensure individual and team objectives are achieved
  • Participate in accounting and financial activities as delegated
